Ordering of our email ad campaign confirms your agreement to the following terms...

By purchase of this service your agreement to the following terms also includes and verifies you have read the entire sales page containing our recommendations and all information to help you get the most from your purchased advertising.

We guarantee hits not conversions! This email advertising campaign will provide very substantial exposure to your product or service. But, please understand your purchase is for our time and resources. Your ad takes 7-14 days to run through all the resources we have access to. Plus we will not quit running your ad until it reaches a minimum of 10 cents per click based on the current cost of the ad campaign. What happens from there is up to your ad copy and web site's ability to pull in customers. Due to the fact that your purchase is for our time and resources there is a non-negotiable no refund policy on both the Full Email Blast and the Email Ad Blast Sampler service.

If you need help with the ad copy we can assist you with this. Just let us know after ordering what URL you want to promote.

We reserve the right to modify your personally submitted ad copy and any images to conform to the rules and specific needs of any advetising sites we use.

You must have an actual web site with a working URL to promote with, not just an email address.

SPECIAL NOTE pertaining to the banner advertising with the Email Ad Blast Sampler service... You must have a 468x60 pixel size banner hosted on your own server or your affiliate / associate programs server in order to get the banner advertising involved in this service. We do not host them ourself for this smaller sevice because of the bandwidth usage it takes. This is optional of course but we highly recommend it as it will just give your ad even more exposure resulting in more hits to your web site.

Banners for the Full Email Blast will be hosted by us and we also include free banner design if you do not have one.

Your Email Ad Blast - Full or Sampler will begin with the next available time slot after receiving your payment. (Usually but not always within 24 hours or less after ordering.) Main page will usually indicate when it will begin.

Please Note! Absolutely no adult xxx related sites, or ads that are illegal - NO chain letters and/or gifting type programs, astrology sites, gambling sites or any program that is questionable. We are very particular about this so if you have any doubts, please contact us prior to purchase.

We will not take responsibility for your page not working in a framed enviroment. 90% of the ads we run involve frames. You must test your page before submitting it to us after ordering. You can do this free by Clicking Here. You will find further instructions and help in this area after ordering.
